So, this is my life. And I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I'm still trying to figure out how that could be . . . Things change. And friends leave. Life doesn't stop for anybody . . . This moment will just be another story someday . . .
So, I guess we are who we are for a lot of reasons. And maybe we'll never know most of them. But even if we don't have the power to choose where we come from, we can still choose where we go from there. We can still do things. And we can try to feel okay about them . . .

The Traveling Book
I went to London last week, for about the umpteenth time (If you haven’t already noticed).
I took a copy of The Lovely Bones, by Alice Sebold with me, and a la the Traveling Gnome in the film Amelie, I photographed it all around the city.
This book is going to be more well-travelled than I am, eventually. Behold, the magic sight-seeing book!!
